Synopsis:-
Web 2.0 technologies bring the web to a new phase, which allows users not only to use information but also to be directly involved in generating new information. Media sharing, social networking, blogs, wikis and social bookmarking are some of the examples of new tools offered by the web 2.0 technologies. These can have a positive impact on student learning when used in the teaching and learning process. In this course the participants will learn how to use Web 2.0 technologies effectively and specifically for the purpose of teaching and learning.

Learning Outcomes:-
At the end of this course participants should be able to:
1.   Explain the concept of Web 2.0 and indentify some of the tools that can be used in Teaching & Learning.
2.   Use some of the major Web 2.0 tools for the purpose of Teaching & Learning.
3.   Produce materials and learning activities using web 2.0 tools.

4. Blog (WordPress) - guna, tapi lebih aktif di blogspot.

5. Social Bookmarking (delicious) - saya guna offline bookmarking... hahahaha...

6. Using RSS (Bloglines)  - saya guna google reader. Excellent... Jangan buang masa, gi link sana, dan sini untuk dapatkan update... menjimatkan beribu2 jam.

7. Online Slideshows (SlideShare) - saya tidak guna

Topik coverage untuk kursus ini adalah sangat besar, sehingga kurang berjaya mendapat fokus daripada peserta. Adalah lebih baik, memfokuskan study case and real examples of their implementation, bukannya, bagaimana nak login, daftar... huwaaaa... membuang masa, dan di tambah laluan internet yang bersenguk-senguk.
Walaubagaimana pun, pengenalan kepada teknologi web adalah menarik dan berguna kepada peserta.
